Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Request billing
By integrating Service Manager with Micro Focus Asset Manager, you can view the request billing report in Asset Manager.
You can find the "Cost of SM Service Request" widgets in the Homepage widgets library of Asset Manager. If you want to show these widgets in anyone’s homepage, you need to manually add them. For more instructions on adding widgets to homepage, see the "Customizing Web Clients > Homepage of the Web Client" section in the Asset Manager Tailoring guide.
All credit type expense line records will be assigned to the IT Finance billing center, which you can find in the out-of-box database of Asset Manager. If you do not want to use the IT Finance billing center in your production environment, you can change the Connect-It scenarios to allocate a new billing center.
