Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Update multiple request records

You can use the mass update feature to update one or more values in multiple request records. When you perform a mass update, the value that you enter for a particular field becomes the value for that field in all the records that you selected.
In addition, you can use complex update to enter expressions as instructions to perform actions on multiple request records.
To update multiple request records by using Mass Update, follow these steps:

Locate the records by using one of the following methods:
- Click Request Fulfillment > Request Queue to display a list of records.

Click Request Fulfillment > Search Requests, and then search for the records.

Select the records that you want to update.

Click Mass Update.

Click the field that you want to update.
- Type the value for the field or use the Find feature to display a list of potential values for the field, and then click Next.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for additional fields as needed.

Click Execute.
To update multiple request records by using Complex Update, follow these steps:

Locate the records by using one of the following methods:
- Click Request Fulfillment > Request Queue to display a list of records.

Click Request Fulfillment > Search Requests, and then search for the records.

Select the records that you want to update.

Click Mass Update.

Click Complex Update.

Follow the instructions in the complex update form and type the expressions.

Click Execute.
