Search for a Service Desk chat request record

To view all Service Desk chat request records, select Service Desk Chat Request in Service Manager To-Do queue. Alternatively, you can follow these steps to search for a specific chat request:

  1. Log on to Service Manager as a Service Desk agent.
  2. From the System Navigator, click Service Desk > Search Chat Requests.
  3. Type the ID of the chat request record in the Chat ID field, and then click Search.
