View reports for End User Chat

Service Manager provides a series of out-of-box End User Chat reports. Follow these steps to view these report:

  1. From the System Navigator, click Miscellaneous > Dashboard.
  2. Select End User Chat Overview (Global) from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) To add more End User Chat reports to the dashboard, click Add Content and then select more reports from the Service Desk category.

Note The automatic refresh functionality for the End User Chat Overview dashboard is disabled by default. You need to click the Refresh button to retrieve the latest reporting data. To enable the automatic refresh functionality, See Enable automatic refresh for a dashboard.
