Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Enable SAML SSO for Service Portal
Service Manager Service Portal is bundled with Micro Focus Identity Manager (IdM) for user authentication. To enable SAML SSO for Service Manager Service Portal, you need to use its built-in IdM.
Service Manager Service Portal supports two deployment modes: single instance and distributed (clustered). The SAML SSO configuration procedure is basically the same for both deployment modes, except that some additional steps are required for the distributed mode.
