Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Appearance preferences
This Preferences dialog enables you to customize the Windows client.
To access appearance preferences, from the Service Manager menu bar click Window > Preferences > Service Manager > Appearance.

Font | Specifies the primary font used by Service Manager. Hewlett-Packard delivers Service Manager with a default font for each language. For example, in English, Tahoma Regular is the default font. In Japanese, MS UI Gothic is the default font. Although you can change the font face and size, Hewlett-Packard recommends the default font for the best results. Font sizes larger than 8 points may produce unpredictable results. |
