Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Upgrade the Solr Search Engine
To upgrade to Solr Search Engine to version 9.60, follow these steps:
- Stop your Solr Search Engine.
- Install the Service Manager 9.60 Solr Search Engine. For detailed steps, see Install the Solr Search Engine.
- Make sure that your Service Manager Server and clients have upgraded to version 9.60.
- If you are running an applications version earlier than 9.41, load QCCR1E128475_SM950_SM940.unl into Service Manager so that you can enable SSL communications between the Service Manager Server and the Solr Search Engine.
- Restart your Solr Search Engine.
- Reconfigure your search servers and knowledgebases, and then perform a full re-index of all of your knowledgebases.
