The data type of Universal CMCB attribute “provider” is String, however you configured a wrong type Integer:

Error message

The CIs will be populated to Universal CMDB, but the field value with a wrong data type configuration will not be populated to Universal CMDB.

When you run the population job, you will get a “Failed” status. In addition, from both the population log file (see How to Check the Population Log File) and the Universal CMDB studio (see How to Check the Error Message of a Failed Population Job), you will get an error message similar to the following:

Solution

Search for text The value "xxx" of field "yyy" is not to find the name of the attribute with a wrong data type, and then specify the right data type in the XSLT file.
