Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Enable OO flow automation for change tasks
User roles: System Administrators
To enable OO flow automation for change tasks, follow these steps:
- Make sure that the Operations Orchestration integration is set up. For details, see Add an Operations Orchestration integration.
- Navigate to Tailoring > Process Designer > Configuration > Task Planner Mapping, and then click Search.
- Locate and open the "cm3r" task planner mapping record, which contains the status mapping information between change task and task planner.

Select the Enable OO Flow for Automation check box.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to Miscellaneous > System Status, click the Start Scheduler button, and then click AutomationTaskUpdate to start this schedule. When this schedule is started, the status of the change task can be automatically updated after the OO flow execution.
