Change Management Overview

The Service Manager Change Management application, referred to as Change Management throughout this chapter, supports the Change Management process. It controls the process to request, manage, approve, and control changes that modify your organization’s infrastructure. This includes assets such as network environment, facilities, telephony, and resources. Change Management enables you to control the changes to baseline service assets and configuration items across the entire service lifecycle.
