Configure Smart Analytics in Service Manager

To configure Smart Analytics in Service Manager, follow these steps:

  1. Set up data cleansing configuration. See Configure data cleansing.

  2. Configure Smart Ticket. See Configure Smart Ticket.

  3. Configure Hot Topic Analytics. See Configure Hot Topic Analytics.
  4. Set up smart search connectors. See Configure connectors.
  5. Configure Smart Search. See Configure Smart Search.
  6. Add the "idol.assistant" capability word to the operator records. See Add Smart Analytics capability word for power users.
