View SM survey reports

User roles: Survey Administrator, Survey Manager, Survey Analyst

The out-of-box system provides a survey dashboard, which contains reports that the system generates based on your survey data. These reports can help your organization improve your services and user satisfaction.

To view SM survey reports, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Survey Management > Survey Overview.
  2. View the reports on the dashboard.
