Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

What are released Web Services?
The Web Services delivered out-of-box with Service Manager are read-only and marked with the released option in the external access definition form. You should consider any Web Service with the released option selected as the supported version of the Web Service in Service Manager. While it is possible to clear the released option and edit or delete the Web Service, we recommend that you instead work on a copy of the Web Service that you give it a different name. While the released option is selected the external access definition remains read-only.
