Query not Configured in smSyncConfFile.xml
Sample configuration
The query used for populating business service CIs is named SM Business Service Push, however you have not configured it (or have commented it out) in the smSyncConfFile.xml file:
Error message
The push job fails with a “Failed” status. From both the log file and the detail error message of the failed job in the Universal CMDB studio (see How to Check the Error Message of a Failed Push Job), you receive an error like the following:
Solution
Search for text No mapping is found for TQL to find the query name that is not yet configured, and then configure the query name in the smSyncConfFile.xml file.
