Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Access Scheduled Maintenance

System Administrator
To access Scheduled Maintenance:
- Click System Administration > Base System Configuration > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Select an activity:
- Administrative Options to select options for the template, or to generate Scheduled Maintenance tasks from Incident records, change requests, or
- Automation Rules to select options for autoformatting predefined rules.
- Execution Details to display the results of a Scheduled Maintenance task’s execution. The result may generate an Incident record, Change Management request, or
- Execution History to display a schedule when Scheduled Maintenance task executes.
- Scheduled Maintenance Tasks to create and edit Scheduled Maintenance tasks.
- Administrative Options to select options for the template, or to generate Scheduled Maintenance tasks from Incident records, change requests, or
