Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase. |

Out-of-box icons for decorators
The following decorators are available with the out-of-box application. You can optionally customize them, or add your own icons.
Icon | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
Availability SLO Breach | Indicates when a CI has breached its availability SLO. | |
Critical CI (background) | When used with an icon as a binding box, indicates that the item is a critical part of the relationship structure. | |
Current Change | Indicates that a CI is currently down. | |
Future Change | Indicates that a CI has a scheduled downtime greater than the current time. | |
Group | When used with an icon as a binding box, indicates that the item is part of a group of multiple items of the same type. | |
Incident | Indicates that an incident is related to the item. | |
Item Down | Indicates that the item is not in service. | |
Item Down (background) | When used with an icon as a binding box, indicates that the item is not in service. | |
Point of Focus | When used with an icon as a binding box, indicates what item is currently the focal point of the graph. |
