A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

SAML Single Sign-On setup

The SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) setup involves the following components:

The SM Server and web client (web tier, Service Request Catalog (SRC), or Mobility Client)
The HPE Identity Manager (IdM) service

Note You can use either the IdM service package released with SM or the IdM service embedded in Service Manager Service Portal. The IdM version must be 1.10.x or higher.
Microsoft ADFS, a third-party Identity Provider (IdP)

Prerequisite

Before you set up SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) in your Service Manager (SM) system, make sure that your system meets the following conditions:

Has already the SM Server, and client (web tier, SRC, or Mobility Client) installed and running
Has already Microsoft ADFS installed and running
