Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Change a user's password
Applies to User Roles:
System Administrator
Note A System Administrator can both change and reset a user password. Changing an operator password permanently changes the password. Resetting an operator password temporarily changes the password until the operator next logs in at which time Service Manager prompts the operator to change the password.
To change a user password, follow these steps:
- Click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Operators.
- Type or select optional search criteria.
- Click Search.
- Select the operator with password to be changed.
- Click the Security tab.
- In the Password field, type the new password for the operator.
- Click Save.
