Task 5. Update the System Information Record in Service Manager

For a cluster configuration, you must configure the Service ManagerService Manager Service Portal URLs in the System Information Record based on the Load Balancer node.

Note These URLs are used by the Survey and End User Chat functionalities.

To update the System Information Record, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Service Manager as a system administrator.
  2. Click System Administration > Base System Configuration > Miscellaneous > System Information Record.
  3. Click the Active Integrations tab.
  4. In theService Portal URL field, enter the load balancer node base URL:

    https://<LB node FQDN>:9000
  5. In the Service Manager Service Portal Support Ticket URL field, enter the Load Balancer node support ticket URL:

    https://<LB node FQDN>:9410/support/requests/create
  6. Save the record.
