Verify Service Exchange configuration

After you have set up Service Manager Service Portal, verify the services and the Service Manager supplier are in healthy status.

Use the Diagnostics application of Service Portal to view the health status of SX.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. log in to Service Portal as the admin user (https://$ServicePortal_HOSTNAME:9000/org/Provider).
  2. Click the Diagnostics application.
  3. Open the Diagnostics help for details.
