View scheduled maintenance for a configuration item

Configuration Manager

Configuration Administrator

Configuration Auditor

To view scheduled maintenance for a configuration item, follow these steps:

  1. Click Configuration Management > Search CIs.
  2. Use search or advanced search to find one or more records.
  3. Select a record to display it in the configuration item form.
  4. Click More or the More Actions icon from the Configuration Item form.
  5. Click Scheduled Maintenance and then click Maintenance Tasks to view the tasks or Maintenance History to view the item's history.
