Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Filter access to catalog items
- Click Service Catalog > Administration > Manage Items.
- Type the Name of a definition record.
- Select the Type of record (category, bundle, or item) from the drop-down list and then click Search.
The definition record you want to modify opens. - Click on the Access tab.
- In the Available to: field, select a capability word from the list to control access to the catalog item.
A user must have at least one of the capability words in the list in order to select the item from the catalog. If you don't select any capability words, the item is available to all users. - If you want to edit any filter criteria for this Service Catalog entry, click Edit Access Filter and follow the wizard instructions.
- Click Save.
- Click OK.
