Publish services in Service Catalog

The Service Catalog serves as the comprehensive archive of all services provided by IT. You can manage the publication of services by using the following features.

Feature Description
Out-of-box Service Catalog The Service Catalog includes one hundred (100) services and bundles that span major categories such as Personal Productivity, Business Services, Employee Life Cycle, and Technical IT.
Add an item You can define the external view of a service.
Adding delivery objectives for a catalog item or bundle You can enter service options such as delivery objectives that are dynamically exposed through the self-service shopping interface.
Defining a catalog item that results in the creation of a subscription You can set the criteria for subscriptions.
Service Catalog connectors You can select the subscription change connector.
