A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Verify Default Settings

State Poller applies the settings from the Default Settings tab for any object that does not match a defined interface setting or node setting. Review the settings on this tab to ensure they match your environment at the default level. For example, you would rarely poll all unconnected interfaces as a default setting.

Note Be sure you Save and Close all Monitoring Configuration dialog boxes all the way back to the console for your changes to be implemented.
